How do you handle returns and exchanges? |

Returns and exchanges are accepted for the first 30 days for either
a full refund or "like item" exchange under the following conditions:
1) You must provide your receipt...
2) Merchandise must be unworn and in brand new condition
3) Merchandise must not have been discounted 60% off or more at time of purchase.
Your purchase price will be refunded the same way you paid:
- Credit Card: You must provide the original card you used for the purchase as we must refund to that card!
- Check: Checks are held for a minimum of Ten Business Days before any refund will be issued. If it has not been at least ten days, please hold the return until ten days has passed. Check refunds will be issued via company check.
- Cash Sales: If your purchase was made with cash, we ask that you come closer to the end of the day to ensure we have funds on hand to refund you.
Exchanges will be made for issues of size and fit only, and will be for identical model, style, color, and price.
NOTE: While these refund and exchange rules are company policy, and are generally strictly enforced, we are all about making our customers happy!
So...Here's the deal:
If your situation doesn't quite meet the terms here, but you feel you have a valid return or refund argument regardless, just ask the Manager On Duty.
We give our Managers certain latitude to make discretionary calls on refunds and exchanges. While they can't GIVE the joint away, they may agree to your request if it's not too outrageous!
Hey...the worst you can get is a "No", and who knows?
